The client is expected to pay for all services prior to the beginning of their treatment session.

Appointment confirmation emails will be sent out to the provided email within 24-48hrs. We will provide you with a courtesy text reminder the day before your scheduled session.

Cancellations of all services require 48-hour notice. Cancellations with more than 48 hours advance notice will have booking payment transferred to the next appointment, as payments are non-refundable.Cancellations made 24 hours or less before an appointment will be subject to a charge of 50% of the service rate. This includes appointments where our service provider is unable to access the property, is turned away, or the client is unavailable. If L. A. Wellness Center, LLC cancels an appointment with less than 48 hours’ notice, a new appointment will be scheduled without penalty to the client, subject to availability.

Patients will be expected to have skin exposed but a covering will be provided to protect the patients integrity. The patient will be positioned on a portable massage table. You should not experience any pain from MLD but may have some discomfort from your recent surgery or other underlying conditions.

The healing process is unique to you. After a complete consultation and a through assessment then a customized therapy plan is developed. There are options to purchase your sessions individually or within a package.

A complete medical history is obtained prior to the start of services. This will ensure there are no contraindications in the performance of any of our services. The patient will experience increased urination after having MLD.

All body contouring sessions are uniquely created depending on the patients body goals and target areas they would like to enhance.

With body contouring you can see results after the first few sessions. Your results will be dependent upon you and your lifestyle. Lymphedema patients typically see results after the 3rd or 4th sessions.

Yes. As a Nurse Practitioner we are trained to remove drains, sutures and seromas. Following your Plastic surgeons instructions on when drains and sutures are to be removed is essential. These services is for an additional fee.

Yes. We can remove stitches and sutures once cleared by your PS. This is at an additional fee.
